John, Sam, Mark and I were best of buddies in college. We all shared two common interests- heavy metal and golf. We attended lots of rock concerts together, talked about and listened to rock for hours. But as far as golf was concerned, mostly it was through video games. Rarely if ever, we got to swing it in real terms, boy was it expensive!
Now we are still in touch with each other and catch up over the weekend. Now that we earn good, we decided to have a golf vacation over a weekend. But the problem was we didn’t have golf clubs to play with. These golf equipments cost a bomb and real good ones are still too expensive to actually purchase them.
But enough of pushing joy sticks. We were hell bent on playing the game on the grass this time. So I asked my colleagues who sometimes dabbled in golf. My colleague Collin suggested me to rent equipments from golf club rental companies like International Golf Rental & Sales, Inc. (IGRS).
We rented out clubs for a group golf outing from the company. To our delight, the golf equipments were delivered to our resort on time in good shape and proper condition.
And the best part is that we got to play the game and didn’t even shell out huge bucks. While playing golf, walking on the beautiful lawns, in fresh air, clean and peaceful surroundings, we shared old times together, laughed and joked. I can’t describe in words how much we enjoyed. Golf completely brought back the memories of good old college days. Honestly, I can’t imagine going back to the monitor again to play this wonderful game. If we must play, it better be on the real greens!
By the way, renting golf clubs turned out to be a smart move. Not just they are available at affordable prices but you also get to play with the latest golf clubs without burning huge holes in your pocket
